Deposit & Reservation Policy
Royal Creek Toy Poodles uses a simple reservation process to keep puppy selection fair and organized. A deposit reserves a puppy under written terms that are provided to you before payment is accepted.
Deposit amount
$300 refundable deposit to reserve a puppy (subject to written terms provided at the time of reservation).
Why we use deposits
Deposits help confirm serious intent and allow us to mark a puppy as reserved so other families can plan accordingly.
Refundable deposit — how it works
“Refundable” is defined by the written reservation agreement you receive. The agreement covers timelines, circumstances where a refund applies, and how reservation changes are handled (for example, switching to a future litter).
Important notes
- Reservation details are confirmed in writing before payment.
- Puppies are ready for pickup or delivery coordination at 12 weeks.
